1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ab11 website accessible at https://ab11.pro, including all pages, features, tools, games, and services available thereon.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to ab11 and its operating entity.
• "You", "Player", "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a wager through the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-cash rewards credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Taka" or "৳" means the official currency of Bangladesh (BDT), which is the sole currency used on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to online gambling services is illegal under applicable local law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawal processing.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, logging in, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ab11. If you do not agree to any provision, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your Account by contacting support at [email protected].

ab11 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where modifications are material, we will provide a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice via email or on-platform notification. 3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Platform. ab11 strictly enforces this age limit. We may request proof of age at any point, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any pending winnings pending investigation.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is primarily intended for adult players residing in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction. ab11 accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

3.3 Registration Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. ab11 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and void any associated winnings or bonus funds.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and fair play, ab11 requires all Players to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, together with proof of address. We may additionally request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your registered bKash or Nagad account in your name).

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ab11 will never ask you to disclose your password. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

ab11 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. We cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions.

You must not share your Account with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Methods

ab11 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account and may be returned subject to any applicable transaction fees imposed by your payment provider.

5.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited within five (5) seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours. ab11 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.4 No Third-Party Deposits

You must only deposit funds from a payment account held in your own name. ab11 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any third-party deposits identified during KYC review will be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

5.5 No Money Laundering

Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gameplay (including but not limited to money laundering or structuring) is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant Bangladeshi authorities.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform activity or where additional identity verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. ab11 reserves the right to request withdrawal to an alternative verified method where the original method is unavailable.

6.4 KYC Requirement

All withdrawals are contingent on the successful completion of KYC verification. ab11 may withhold withdrawal processing until KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. This process typically takes no longer than twenty-four (24) hours from the time complete documentation is received.

6.5 Withdrawal Limits

ab11 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion. Any applicable limits will be displayed in your Account dashboard. Players with VIP status may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as communicated separately.

7. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ab11 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. General betting rules include the following:

• Bets are accepted only when an Account has a sufficient real-money or eligible bonus balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player unless ab11 activates a Cash Out feature for that market.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, ab11's decision — informed by official data providers and match statistics — is final.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced or concluded (where the Platform accepted them in error) may be voided at ab11's discretion.
• ab11 reserves the right to limit maximum stake sizes on any market without prior notice.
• Winnings from sports bets will be credited to your Account within thirty (30) minutes of the relevant event's final result being confirmed by our data provider.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the ICC playing conditions and ab11's cricket-specific rules, available on the cricket section of the Platform.

8. Casino Games

Casino games available on the ab11 Platform — including slots, live dealer table games, crash games, and instant-win products — are provided by third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own Return to Player (RTP) rate and paytable, which are accessible within the game interface.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes overseen by trained croupiers. ab11 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Malfunction of any casino game voids all pays and plays for the affected round. In the event of a confirmed software error, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Players' Accounts.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 General Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to these general conditions in addition to the specific terms of each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• A maximum bet of ৳500 per round applies while any bonus balance is active, unless the promotion states a lower limit. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may be voided.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute less as specified in individual promotion terms.
• ab11 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, except where the Player has already satisfied the activation criteria.

9.2 Bonus Abuse

ab11 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, hedging bonus bets across multiple outcomes, and using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus funds voided and may be permanently suspended.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ab11 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with Platform software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other Players via support channels or any other means of communication.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other obfuscation technology.

ab11 reserves the right to void bets, suspend Accounts, withhold withdrawals, and report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from ab11.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their licensing terms.

13. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. 14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or technical failure.

ab11's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ab11 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

15. Account Closure & Termination

15.1 Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method after satisfying KYC requirements. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

15.2 Termination by ab11

ab11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion — without prior notice where necessary — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that a Player is under 21 years of age.
• Account access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ab11's operating entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
